Paper was invented in China during the Han dynasty. This was an important invention of the time period because it is an commonly used item today and in the past. In the Han dynasty paper was used for recording information and data. The major use was Calligraphy which many Chinese people used paper for normally. Paper was overall just used for so much it cannot be all explained at once.
Paper was created by Cai Lun and was first used to record data and important events. Paper also helped the Chinese salvage many stories or journeys an individual had went through because you can write it on paper. Before the creationof paper, the turtle shell, animal bone, golden stone, bamboo slips, wood and cloth were used for recording and remembering things.
Paper has changed the lives of many people from the past and even now! Your inventions sheet would have never been created if paper was never invented. In the past during the dynastys calligraphy was an art and also a hobby. Calligraphy in Greek means kalli which means beautiful and graphia which means writing. After the Han many more books were established in the ancient dynastys and used from all around china!
